Gabrielle Alice, founder of the brand Gabrialice, is captivated by the natural world and all creatures within it. She uses watercolor and gouache to create bright quirky original pieces. Her art reflects her surroundings in the PNW and impressions of her time living in Paris, Lausanne, and London.

Watercolor

Art has always been a part of Janet's life. She paints exclusively with watercolor. She enjoys vivid colors in an impressionistic and whimsical style in her painting. Her career was in law office admin and she owned a computer training company, but art won out in the end.

Lara creates three-dimensional art that blends whimsy and narrative, inspired by the joy and curiosity from her childhood. Drawing on her background as a portrait photographer, she uses storytelling and composition to craft tactile scenes with plaster, clay, resin, paint, wood, and found objects.

Richard is a self taught lapidary artist! His sculptures have earned him International, National and many local awards in 3D art. He loves being challenged on what might be the next masterpiece that will come from his rock collection from all over the world.

Janiece Brown

Janiece has created her whole life. From creating clothes at the age of eight to remodeling houses later in life. After retirement, she started making jewelry in many mediums from cutting stones, to making cabochons for creations of jewelry pieces with wire, metal and fabric.

Phyllis Carter was drawn to the fused glass art form because of the bright jewel tones as well as the muted pastels. Likewise, she appreciates the fragility of glass and the fact that it can survive for centuries. It can be representational, abstract or geometric, wall art or three dimensional.

Shannon is a fine artist living in Vancouver, Washington with her husband, two little boys, and fuzzy red dog. After having her first baby, she left her career as a software technical writer to follow her childhood dream of being an artist. She works with soft pastels to create cheerful and delicate floral artwork. She hopes they bring a smile to your face and beauty to your home.

Jacqui Dowsett

Ceramics, hand built and wheelthrown

Jacqui Dowsett landed 35 years ago in the PNW from London, UK and has been involved in ceramic art for much of that time. Her work is both wheel thrown and hand built and she loves bringing texture and color to functional pottery pieces. She uses interactive glazes on texture and finishes her pieces with colorful food safe glazes.

LesleyAnne Ezelle

Rugs, scarfs, hats and ceramics

I work in two different mediums: clay and fiber. As an alpaca farmer I create product from the fiber that I harvest each year. I blend natural and dyed color into my work. I create felted product, rugs and woven scarfs. As a ceramic hand builder I create functional but fun funky pieces. I create templates that form the foundation for each piece, to create pattern I use lace and indian wooden.

Robin has a unique ability of interpreting Day of the Dead by building an Ofrenda inside small coffins. In a personal way, she shows that death can be joyful and shouldn’t be full of sorrow.

I go large art show like Salem Art Festival but after retired over 75 years age I do much smaller and mostly local art shows and local Xmas bazaars in November. I create much more take time and one of a kind only now to sell in local most.

She also enjoys designing home décor using Pendleton fabric. Kathy loves sharing the process and joy of her craft; and making something of beauty for others is deeply satisfying.

Everything in Toni McCarthy's jewelry is of superior quality. Glass and gemstones are the biggest color components; however, she also designs by tinning and stamping hot solder onto various metal bases to create original elements for bracelets, necklaces, and earrings. Making fused/reticulated copper, brass, sterling silver, and extensive wirework are her favorite techniques.

Leslie Mcmillan

Leslie started working with silver in high school. After a full filling career in vaccine policy work she came back to metalsmithing late in life. Now she challenges herself working with Japanese Silver Leaf and turquoise stones sourced from First Nation artists. Her creative process is unorganized a little like her ADHD personality!
